1. Booking & Appointments:
- All EMS training sessions must be booked in advance.
- Clients must arrive/be prepared at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- Only clients having the SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM package can request for 2, 4 and 6 sessions respectively for rescheduling.
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.
- Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Payments & Refunds:
- Payment must be made in advance or at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.
- Package sessions must be used within the specified validity period.
4. Health & Safety:
- Clients must complete the screening form and inform the trainer of any health changes.
- EMS training may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions (like medically unfit, influence of alcohol/drugs, menstrual cycle, having empty stomach).
- The trainer reserves the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unfit for EMS training.
5. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment:
- Clients participate in EMS training at their own risk.
- The business and trainers are not liable for injuries or adverse reactions resulting from training.
6. Code of Conduct:
- Clients must respect the trainers and equipment.
- Any damage to equipment or harm to trainers will be compensated by the client.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
